Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

When starting interested to purchase a mcdonalds franchise all of the research, background work and products have been established. People know the name McDonald’s and they already have a loyal following of customers. By the mid-nineties McDonald’s had franchises open in more than 100 countries and had sold more than 50 billion burgers. You will already have a readymade client base instead of having to build trust and a name to the community around you.

Why I want to go to work for my friend’s father

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

My friend’s dad has been in the computer industry for many years. He worked for a major business software development company. While working for this company he started his own consulting business. After a while his side business made more money than his job. This is when he branched out and started taking both private and Government Contract Jobs. He likes to take on difficult software cases. His ability to find problems and professionally take care of them has earned him a good name in the business world. Next year I graduate from college it’s my hope to go work for him. I believe I can learn a lot from this man.

Wholesale Beauty Salon Equpment Packages for My Salon

Thursday, March 19th, 2009

When I opened my third beauty salon I knew I wanted to buy Minerva Beauty Salon Equipment packages because I have always gotten top quality merchandise and great service.  I get a great discount on the salon equipment packages and I know I will have no problems with delivery.  I also have some used belvedere nail and manicure equipment in my first salon and it does the job.  I have found that by  buying discount used or wholesale new salon equipment for sale I can afford to add specialty services to my clientele and also pay better commissions to my stylists.  This combination has worked for my salon business for years.

Considering Electronic Check Processing

Friday, July 18th, 2008

I’ve decided to start accepting checks at my business, so I’ll need to learn more about
Electronic Check Processing. it’s a hassle, but hopefully it will pay off.
I’ve been looking into options for
Check Image Processing. It’s hard to settle on the best, but at some point I’m going to have to settle on a solution.
Owning your own business is full of hassles, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Until next time.

Saturday, June 28th, 2008

Today, there are dozens of retail store franchises dedicated to clothing and fashion accessories.  As an example, if you like the products carried by Fashion  Bug, GAP, or Peebles, you may well want to see if you can open an outlet in your neighborhood.  That said, you will need to inquire from the parent franchise in order to find out if they feel the area is suitable.  Even if you cannot invest in some of the more popular chains, you may want to see if there are newer companies that will be interested in accepting you as a member.  Among other things, if a retail clothing franchise is looking to compete in a new area, they may be more willing to work with you.

What are the Advantages of Buying into the Starbucks Franchise?

Friday, June 20th, 2008

Aside from being popular with consumers, Starbucks has an enormous number of growth opportunities to explore.  Among other things, if the franchise notices that people are shifting their business to more traditional diners, or facilities that offer multiple types of products, Starbucks can always start a second line of business.  Since the Starbucks coffee franchise already has a reputation for excellent coffee, people may be more inclined to buy other foods that they decide to offer.  In addition, the enormous amount of capital built up by the franchise will make it much easier for them to pioneer the kinds of new products that will help each member of the franchise succeed at the local level.

Air Freight Rates

Sunday, January 20th, 2008

Many people refrain from using the air freight services for transporting their cargo to far away places. The main reasons behind such thinking were the exorbitant Air Freight Rates demanded by most of the airline companies. Owing to the popularity if freight carrying, many airline companies have reduced the rates of transporting these goods. Thus, now you can make full use of these services at very low expenses.

International Shipping Is Truly Part of The World

Monday, January 7th, 2008

It would be all but impossible to imagine the world we live in function as it does today were it not for international shipping. The import and export of goods will always require shipping across boundaries and there is lots of competition among many parties who wish to provide this lucrative service. Even pariah states like North Korea have at least some international shipping going on at any point in time. The whole subject can fill as many textbooks as there are countries, even more. What you can be sure of is that it can be both expensive and complicated. Globalization is starting to change this though.
